About us
NZEFI is a Christchurch based company which specialises in the sales, installation and dyno tuning of aftermarket and factory engine management systems for a wide range of high-performance applications.
Listening to your requirements enables us to recommend a total engine management solution tailored to your individual needs. This means we are happy to share our knowledge and experience to help you decide what fuel injection and ignition components are required to meet your specific goals. We can then supply and set up the whole package from the ECU to fuel injectors and everything in between.
There are many workshops offering to tune your vehicle, although very few of these have an in-depth knowledge of the products they are working with. NZEFI is not simply another workshop - in fact we are not a mechanical workshop at all. These days there are specialists for all aspects of car modification whether it is wheel and tyre technicians, exhaust shops, engineering fabricators or engine reconditioners. At NZEFI, our strength is derived from our complete understanding of both fundamental and advanced engine management concepts. When you want help from an engine management specialist come and see us.

The South Island now has an HKS Pro Dealer!
NZEFI is pleased to announce that we have been selected by HKS as their Pro Dealer for the South Island. HKS is the one of the most respected names in the Japanese performance parts industry and NZEFI can now supply, fit and tune all of their high-end products (including the F-Con range of engine management systems).
Redline Performance - Christchurch branch
Redline Performance is the well known supplier of top-notch performance products from brands such as HKS, Turbosmart, Apexi and Tomei. Furthermore, Redline has decided to open their Christchurch store right in the middle of the NZEFI showroom. Come check it out!
We are now operating from 14 Mowbray St (next door to Pioneer Autoparts and just off Waltham Road). Our premises doesn't just allow for more space - we also have a new sound-proof room containing our state of the art 2WD/4WD dyno. Our dyno room is designed with our customer's entertainment in mind.
