NZEFI GTi-R Pulsar and S13 CA18 Injector Resistor Delete

Nissan Pulsar GTi-R (RNN14) and CA18 powered S13 Silvia models were fitted with low impedance fuel injectors from factory. To reduce the current draw on the ECU’s injector drives and to protect the fuel injector itself, an injector resistor pack (also known as ballast resistor pack or injector drop resistor) was fitted by Nissan.

When upgrading the factory low impedance fuel injectors to more common aftermarket high impedance fuel injectors such as Bosch 1000cc/min injectors or Injector Dynamics ID1000 injectors, the injector resistor pack must be removed and bypassed. This NZEFI Injector Resistor Delete provides this necessary bypassing function. Therefore, fitting the resistor delete is a simple as unplugging the factory resistor pack and plugging in the delete!
