NZEFI will be winding down to reduced staff and hours over the holiday season.

Reduced capacity will start from the 12pm on Friday 22nd of December 2023 and end on the Friday 5th of January 2024.

During this time, we will endeavour to process all orders placed through our website and answering any email enquiries on a daily basis (excluding public holidays and weekends). Due to reduced courier pick-up cycles, orders submitted after 10am on weekdays may ship the following day.

An update from the team at NZEFI regarding COVID-19.

With the New Zealand Government’s move to the COVID-19 Protection Framework, for customers wishing to visit our premises, we kindly ask the following:

1.) Please use the NZ COVID Tracer App to scan the store’s QR code or use the paper registration form on arrival

2.) Wear a face mask and maintain a physical distance of 2m from other customers and team members.

A hand sanitiser station will be positioned at the entry for your use.

We are currently processing online orders as normal, but please note that courier delays are likely during this time. Therefore, please allow plenty of time for your order to be delivered.
